All of our classes can be accessed in our members library. You will have access to watch our entire library of over 150 past classes while you are a current member!

Some of our classes are filmed live - these are streamed directly to our subscribers Facebook group.

Yes, absolutely! Any of our live streamed classes are uploaded into your members library within a day or two of the event.

The more the merrier! We recommend purchasing our Team Membership for $249/month which allows access for up to 10 people. Just click the team subscription option when you sign up. 

You can come and go as you please. If you leave you are always welcome to come back. We are cool like that!
